Window Genie of Lexington is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial business across Central Kentucky. You will build relationships with property managers, facility managers, apartment communities, businesses, schools, and other commercial customers.

We provide training, a sales system, CRM, and support. Your role is to make connections, develop prospects, and create new business opportunities with a proactive, self-directed approach.

Are you outgoing, competitive, and comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations?

Window Genie of Lexington is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial business throughout Central Kentucky.

This is not a sit-at-your-desk-and-wait-for-leads sales job. You'll actively build relationships with property managers, facility managers, apartment communities, businesses, schools, and other commercial customers.

We'll give you the training, sales system, CRM, and support. Your job is to make connections, build relationships, and create new business.

What You'll Do

Sales, hospitality, restaurant management, property management, home services, recruiting, or other customer-facing experience is a plus.

Compensation

Starting Pay: $20/hour

• Up to 20% commission on new business
• Commission for growing existing customer relationships
• Ongoing commission opportunities from recurring business
• Bonuses and additional incentives

A successful salesperson should have a clear path to $65,000+ per year, with additional upside as their book of business grows.
