Job summary

Ashley Homestore in Niles, OH is hiring Home Furnishings Advisors to help customers select stylish, quality furnishings while building their clientele. The role offers a guaranteed salary range through draw vs commission, paid training, and opportunities for growth.

You will maximize customer service, meet sales goals, and prospect new customers; attendance at trainings and store meetings is expected. A high school diploma or GED is required, with experience in retail or service sectors

Qualifications

• Customer service experience (face-to-face preferred).
• Excellent and effective communication and listening skills.
• Flexibility/availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to learn and be trained/coached.
• Retail/Hospitality/Service industry experience preferred.
• POS systems and basic computer software familiarity (Windows, Microsoft Office).
• Education: High School Diploma and/or GED.
