Young Subaru in South Ogden, Utah, is hiring Automotive Sales Consultants to join a fast-paced retail team. This entry-level-friendly role offers paid training, strong commission potential, and ongoing support from our Center of Excellence.

As part of a family-owned culture, you’ll build lasting customer relationships, stay current on vehicle trends, and work with a supportive team to meet and exceed sales goals. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive sales, retail, or a related salesman role is a plus (not required).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A positive, goal-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and professional appearance.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
