Job summary

Young Automotive Group is expanding its Layton Dodge dealership and seeks Automotive Sales Consultants to guide customers through vehicle choices and financing options. This full-time role offers paid training, commission opportunities, and a path for career growth within a family-owned, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive sales, retail, or a related salesman role is a plus (not required).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A positive, goal-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Valid driver's license and professional appearance.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
