Job summary

You’ll join Young Genesis of Ogden as an Automotive Sales Consultant, helping customers choose vehicles and guiding them through the purchase process.

The position offers base pay plus commissions and bonuses, paid training, and a family-friendly, employee-focused culture with benefits including health, dental, 401k, and time off. Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive sales, retail, or a related salesman role is a plus (not required)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A positive, goal-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge
• Valid driver’s license and professional appearance
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
