Leaders Furniture in Lakeland, FL seeks a passionate Sales Professional to join our Retail Sales Team. You will engage customers, showcase outdoor living products, and drive sales while delivering friendly, high-quality service.

We offer 14-week onboarding, ongoing training, a 40-hour workweek, and uncapped commission-based earnings. Must lift 25 lbs, travel to Largo for training, and be able to work weekends/holidays. Equal opportunity employer.

What You Bring:

• Weekend/holiday availability (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter)
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Must be able to travel to Largo for a week of training and twice annually to sales meetings.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat, positive attitude
• Comfort with POS systems
