Leaders Furniture in Clearwater, FL is seeking a passionate Sales Professional to join our customer-focused team. The role involves helping customers design outdoor living spaces and delivering friendly, upbeat service in a fast-paced retail setting.

We offer a 40-hour week, 14-week onboarding, ongoing training, and generous PTO. This position features hourly pay with uncapped commission, plus opportunities to grow product knowledge and advance within a supportive, team-driven environment.

Leaders Furniture is looking for a passionate, customer-focused Sales Professional to join our vibrant team.

What You Bring:

• Weekend/holiday availability (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter)
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Must be able to travel to Largo for a week of training and twice annually to sales meetings.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat, positive attitude
• Comfort with POS systems
