Boston Inc dba Furniture & Appliance Mart/Ashley is hiring for a full-time Furniture Sales Professional in Green Bay, WI. You will receive comprehensive training and work with a team to help customers design rooms, discuss financing, and close sales.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and discuss wants and needs to tailor options.
• Assist customers in selecting furniture and creating rooms.
• Explain financing options and payment plans to customers.

What you will be doing each day

• Warmly greet our customers and have a great conversation with them about their wants and needs.
• Help the customer create an amazing room to enjoy with their family and friends.
• Answer any questions the customer has about financing and payment plans.
• Close the sale and assure the customer is happy with their purchase.
• Invite the customer to come back and keep in touch.
• At all times be honest and demonstrate integrity in the sales process.
• Follow up with the customer to ensure they love their purchase.

What you should know about this role:

• This is a commission-based sales position, offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance
• Availability to work every weekend and most holidays is required

• Previous successful experience in sales or customer service related positions preferred but not required
• Passion about doing a great job and making a great living
• Desire to have control over your earning ability
