Job summary

BostonFAM is hiring a full-time Furniture Sales Professional in Sheboygan, WI. You will warmly greet customers, discuss their needs, and help them create amazing rooms with our furniture, appliances, and mattresses.

• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong desire to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and discuss wants and needs.
• Help customers create a great room using furniture, appliances, and mattresses.
• Explain financing and payment plans to customers.
• Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Encourage repeat visits and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Demonstrate integrity throughout the sales process.

What you will be doing each day:

• Warmly greet our customers and have a great conversation with them about their wants and needs.
• Help the customer create an amazing room to enjoy with their family and friends.
• Answer any questions the customer has about financing and payment plans.
• Close the sale and assure the customer is happy with their purchase.
• Invite the customer to come back and keep in touch.
• At all times be honest and demonstrate integrity in the sales process.
• Follow up with the customer to ensure they love their purchase.

What you should know about this role:

• This is a commission-based sales position, offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance
• Availability to work every weekend and most holidays is required

• Previous successful experience in sales or customer service related positions preferred but not required
• Passion about doing a great job and making a great living
