Job summary

Mungo Homes is seeking a Sales Professional / Assistant to support our New Home Advisors in the Columbia, SC market. You will help optimize sales and customer experience across assigned communities.

You will greet visitors, assist with tours, demonstrate model homes, and provide pricing information while maintaining accurate records and reports for management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), FoxIt Phantom PDF, PDF Expert or similar, and KOVA software (ability to learn).
• South Carolina Residential Real Estate License.

Responsibilities

Mungo Homes is adding a Sales Professional / Assistant to the team in our Columbia, SC market. This position is responsible for supporting New Home Advisors / Sales Agents in optimizing new home sales and the customer experience in assigned communities.

Responsibilities

• Greets and engages visitors to determine needs and preferences.
• Refers to someone else when appropriate.
• Assists in providing community tours to prospective residents and their families.
• Demonstrates model home features and benefits.
• Provides information about the community while emphasizing the company’s value.
• Provides product and pricing information.
• Stays abreast of all community and product knowledge required to answer customer questions.
• Produces and distributes various documents, including general correspondence, memorandums, statistical reports, presentation materials, etc.
• Compiles data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required.
• Files and copies correspondence and other records.
• Enters and assigns new leads in the marketing database system.
• Provides timely and consistent follow‑through with customers from initial contact through closing and post‑closing activities.
• Assists sales representatives with all administrative aspects of the sales office, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, preparing purchase and sale contracts, filing, event planning, coordinating maintenance of sales center, opening/closing the sales center and model homes.
• Documents daily traffic and assists community sales representatives with reports and information summaries to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), FoxIt Phantom PDF, PDF Expert or similar software, KOVA software (ability to learn).
• South Carolina Residential Real Estate License.
