Job summary

FIS is seeking a Change Specialist to join the Sales Technology & AI team within Revenue Operations. You will own the design and continuous improvement of the sales process, build and deliver training, and lead commercial AI enablement across the selling organization.

This individual contributor role emphasizes governance, adoption, and creating scalable enablement in a large, distributed sales force, leveraging AI as a training delivery partner.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement, process design or revenue operations in B2B enterprise.
• Experience training distributed sales teams and delivering programs end-to-end.
• Proven track record reshaping complex sales processes.
• Hands-on use of AI in professional enablement contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales process definitions, governance and field rollout.
• Design and deliver training across formats with certification and reinforcement.
• Lead AI enablement initiatives and governance with cross-functional partners.
• Track adoption, measure impact and iterate content and process.
