Job summary

Talkdesk is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineer (FSI) to lead and scale a high-performing team in the United States. You will drive pre-sales motions for the FSI segment, recruit top talent, and align with sales, CS, and product to deliver customer outcomes while maintaining strong executive presence.

You will leverage AI-powered SaaS solutions, navigate complex enterprise procurement, and champion a culture of continuous learning and accountability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Solution Engineering/Pre-Sales with 3–5+ years in people management.
• Deep domain expertise in Financial Services & Insurance (FSI) and complex enterprise deals.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered SaaS solutions; familiarity with AI in CX/CCaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of solution engineers.
• Drive scalable pre-sales motions across a high-volume FSI segment.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top solution engineering talent.
• Partner with Sales, Account Executives, and Customer Success on pipeline strategy.
