D1 Training in Pittsburgh West is seeking a Sales Representative who will be the face of our studio, driving growth by turning leads into members and delivering an engaging, transformative experience.

You will build relationships, conduct facility tours, manage our CRM, and collaborate with local schools and teams to spread the D1 difference and help athletes of all ages reach their peak.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (fitness or service industry preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to handle objections.
• Love athletics and a genuine desire to help others reach their peak.
• Self-driven, organized, and thrive in a performance-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Momentum: Proactively generate and follow up on leads through phone, email, and social media.
• Showcase the Brand: Lead high-impact facility tours and consultative presentations that close sales and change lives.
• Master the Process: Use our CRM to expertly track prospects and hit monthly targets for memberships and referrals.
• Be a Community Catalyst: Build lasting partnerships with local schools, sports teams, and organizations.
• Fuel the Culture: Support front-desk operations and uphold a brand culture rooted in athleticism and community.
