Allegiant Business Group is seeking a Sales Representative & Trainer to grow a local book of business in a B2B direct sales environment. This full-time role offers draw pay, commissions, and bonuses, with in-person, on-site work in a local territory.

You will train, mentor, and present supplemental insurance solutions to business owners and employees, while building relationships and meeting clients face-to-face. Licensing assistance provided.

Responsibilities

• Share supplemental insurance solutions and build relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.

• Mentor new team members and help them develop their sales skills.
• Manage your book of business, follow up on leads, and support team goals.
