SRM Concrete is seeking a Sales Representative to support our Southwest Florida market, including Fort Myers, Port Charlotte, Naples, and Sarasota. You will ignite opportunities, partner with customers, and drive the full sales journey from introduction to close. Travel locally to job sites and client locations will be required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Southwest Florida market.
• Understand customer needs and guide them with product knowledge and service excellence.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Develop and present tailored solutions for customers in the ready mix concrete space.
• Collaborate with leadership, operations, billing, dispatch, and quality control to ensure smooth customer experiences.
• Represent SRM Concrete at networking events and in the local community.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.
