UFC Gym - Downtown Pittsburgh is looking for an MMA Sales Admin Manager to ensure a positive customer experience through effective management of member service and training. This role includes overseeing sales operations, managing client relationships, and delivering training services.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of personal training techniques from assessment to program design and sales.
• Strong customer-service focus and professional response to inquiries.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training and Small Group Training with members.
• Execute effective prospecting strategies and manage sales during turnover.
• Administer company policies related to the sales process.
• Independently schedule and manage client appointments.
