Job summary

Top Echelon LLC is seeking a Sales professional for Private Pay Home Care to drive referral growth by building relationships with hospital discharge staff, social workers, RN case managers, area Rehabs and physicians.

You will represent the agency at community and healthcare events and collaborate closely with branch administration and clinical operations to ensure patient satisfaction and ongoing service quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years home care sales
• Established referral relationships for home care patients. Private pay preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with sales CRM software.
