Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize pipeline processes, forecasting, and reporting.
• Identify bottlenecks in the sales pipeline to improve efficiency.
• Generate reports and insights on pipeline metrics for management updates.
• Assist in ensuring CRM data is complete and accurate across opportunities.
• Edit reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance under guidance.
• Utilize CRM to support closed business with updated records and activities.
• Maintain data entry and CRM hygiene to ensure up-to-date information.
