Ramsey Subaru of Des Moines is seeking a Sales Variable Manager to lead daily sales operations, guide a team of sales professionals, and ensure an outstanding customer buying experience. You will manage pricing, inventory, and performance standards while coordinating financing offers and completing all dealership paperwork.

The role requires open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to match peak demand and maximize earnings.

Qualifications

• Typing – ability to type efficiently.
• Mathematics – ability to use mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Sales Process Management.
• Engage directly with customers and ensure engagement with the customer.
• Walk lot daily with sales team to know pricing and inventory.
• Develop effective sales staff through coaching and mentoring.
• Customer Engagement: greet customers promptly in a professional and friendly manner.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Assist Sales Representatives with customers to close sales.
• Track ad sourcing and identify what brought customers to the store.
• Present protection packages and explain benefits.
• Coordinate financing with lenders to secure best terms.
• Submit deals to bank and record transactions in ADP and bank systems.
• Process all paperwork to meet DMV and lender requirements.
• Track deal receivables and follow up to ensure collection.
• Follow up with customers for courtesy reminders on purchased products.
