Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in a related field and at least 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading data architecture and process improvements in incentive compensation or SPM domains.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic design, governance, and modernization of data flows for global incentive compensation.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders through complex platform changes and ensure data integrity.
• Promote AI-enabled validation, anomaly detection, and automation within compensation data.
• Communicate strategic significance of initiatives to senior leadership and drive continuous improvement.
