Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a Sales Excellence Leader to design and continuously improve the commercial operating system for the Head of Sales, enabling the organization to build a stronger funnel and win more effectively.

This role focuses on sales effectiveness and transformation, not transactional operations, with an emphasis on analytics, process discipline, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, channels, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Sales Excellence, Commercial Excellence, or comparable transformation roles.
• Experience in B2B industrial or technical solution selling preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to design and embed sales methodology and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and embed a common sales methodology from identification through win and expansion.
• Lead funnel diagnostics and translate findings into corrective action.
• Define KPI and scorecard framework aligned to sales strategy.
• Partner with Channel Management to improve segmentation and coverage.
