Responsibilities

• Support a Client Account Manager with daily scheduling, planning, and coordination activities
• Conduct outreach to prospective clients to introduce services and generate interest
• Set, confirm, and follow up on qualified appointments for sales presentations
• Assist with preparation and coordination of meetings, virtual presentations, and conferences
• Send follow-up communications and supporting materials to prospects and clients
• Meet weekly activity and appointment-setting targets
