Contract‑to‑hire role within the Sales Operations team responsible for supporting the end‑to‑end order fulfillment process—forecast, manufacturing slot requests, booking, shipment, and revenue recognition support. The Order Management Specialist (Level 1) is a primary point of contact for order placement and order administration for assigned accounts, including customer service, issue resolution, fulfillment requests, sales database updates, and forecast maintenance. You will also participate in cross‑functional initiatives to improve business processes and documentation. Experience with ERP tools (Oracle EBS), Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle CPQ, and strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) are important for success.
