Grain Processing Corporation is seeking a Sales Administrator in Muscatine, IA, to support customers, manage orders, and coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and warehouses. You will maintain pricing records and customer documentation while delivering responsive service.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field and 3-5 years in a customer-focused environment, with strong communication and organizational skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of professional experience with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in a customer-focused role is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Experience with CRM systems and order processing is preferred.
