This position is responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, maintaining customer relationships, managing pricing records, and supporting efficient business operations while providing outstanding service at every interaction.

• This position is designed and intended to be performed in Muscatine, Iowa.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and manage customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, delivering responsive and professional service.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and external warehouses to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Maintain pricing records and customer documentation.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs and providing effective solutions.
• Resolve customer inquiries and escalat complex issues as needed.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage customer information, track activities, and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Support daily sales administration activities and contribute to overall team success.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a professional environment, demonstrating self-direction and strong attention to detail
• Experience in a customer-focused role is required
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
