The role requires attention to detail, dependable teamwork, and the ability to interact with internal groups such as sales, finance, and global trade, while maintaining compliance with export requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be US citizen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Creation and oversight of sales orders against established requirements.
• Facilitate & monitor exchange orders, warranty requests, credits, & purchase requests.
• Processing additional administrative tasks relating to sale/credit of material.
• Interact internally with sales, product line, repairs, finance, global trade and purchasing.
• Communicate with customers both internal and external to transactional resolution.
• Manage general sales support email inbox ensuring proper routing to sales support account owner.
• Manage general sales support email inbox ensuring orders are processed as received and customers' requests are completed.
• Ensure established Global Trade policies and requirements are adhered to for global exports.
• Ensure established DOC / DOS license requirements are adhered to for global exports.
• Participate in the creation and implementation of procedures and processes across all departments.
