Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Company in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a driven sales support coordinator to assist the Sales Department and coordinate with the Product Coordination team. You will act as a liaison between the corporate office and internal/external customers, delivering high-level customer service and handling data entry in Excel under pressure.

The role requires 2–3 years in a similar position, strong MS Office skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• 2–3 years of related experience (customer service, sales support, or coordination).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office—Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Enter sales orders and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Maintain spreadsheets and verify against Produce Pro and SAP.
• Verify pricing for invoicing and order confirmations.
• Follow up daily on truck appointments to ensure service.
• Coordinate with product teams for efficient freight costs.
• Maintain inventory across products and allocations.
• Manage vendor interfaces (i-trade, EDI) for orders and shipments.
• Assist with order rejections and claims resolution.
• Research and reconcile customer claims with accounting.
• Liaise between Corporate Sales, FOB, DCs, ports and production.
• Complete administrative duties and manage high email volumes.
• Generate department reports as needed.
