Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Some knowledge of produce industry and agricultural background.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Good organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and leadership skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
• Ability to solve complex problems and manage conflict.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for product coordination between sales, ports of entry, and production areas.
• Coordinates inventory management of North America ports and supports the sales team to meet quotas.
• Consolidate the sales forecast and establish the demand plan weekly to production.
• Manage data entry and reporting for the category.
• Manage and conduct weekly touchpoints to provide updates to sales, upper management, and production teams.
