EOS IT Solutions in Pflugerville, TX is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to drive the quote-to-cash process for enterprise hardware deals. You will link customers, OEM partners, and distribution channels with urgency, precision and commercial insight.

You will own end-to-end quotes, navigate Cisco CCW bid registrations, coordinate pricing with distributors, and produce accurate Sage X3 proposals while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales operations or commercial support in tech reseller/VAR.
• Experience with OEM bid registration platforms (Cisco CCW).
• Fluency in hardware resale, margins and pricing.
• Problem-solver with ERP/quote tooling experience (Sage X3).
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple live deals under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quote process from customer request to delivery.
• Register bids with OEM platforms and secure discounts.
• Coordinate pricing with global distributors and ensure accuracy.
• Create professional quotes in Sage X3 and present to customers.
• Maintain pricing visibility across OEMs and distributors.
• Support invoicing with Account Management and finance.
