Job summary

Mohawk Industries is hiring a Sales Operations Specialist in Dalton, GA to support the Sales team with information, tools, and training to ensure efficient and compliant processes. The role acts as the intake point for sales inquiries and liaises with internal departments to resolve issues.

You will prepare sales reports, conduct market research, and identify opportunities to streamline sales support. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 2-4 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for intake of sales inquiries and solutions from inception to resolution.
• Liaise between Sales and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Become a subject matter expert in designated sales operations processes and initiatives.
• Collect and provide relevant information to assist and support Sales with selling initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analytics by compiling data on sales performance, customer trends, and other relevant metrics.
• Conduct basic market research to gather information on competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences to provide insights to the Sales teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the sales support function and recommend implementation enhancements to streamline sales support processes.
• May assist with the creation of sales proposals and presentations by collaborating with the sales teams.
• May assist with onboarding and offboarding process of sales team members.
• Perform other duties as needed.
