S.P. Richards Company is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist in Smyrna, GA (near Battery Center) to optimize sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree from an accredited institution.
• Merchandising, Sales, and/or customer service experience in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT, Marketing, and Merchandising on major sales initiatives.
• Manage escalated customer issue resolution through to completion with cross-functional support as needed.
• Examine and decide on price override requests aligned with company guidelines.
• Process customer compliance fines and chargebacks, identify root causes, and propose solutions to leadership.
• Prepare sales reports and coordinate non-stock orders with Purchasing and Customer Support.
• Assist with daily tasks for emerging sales prospects, including 3PL partnerships.
• Manage content portals for large customers, including initial setup and updates.
• Assist in catalog maintenance for existing customers to facilitate new SKU requests.
• Execute merchandising projects to improve content quality for SPR customer websites.
