Job summary

NoTraffic is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support the sales team and optimize processes. You will manage data across CRM systems, create reports, and drive data integrity. This role also involves collaboration with multiple teams to improve workflows and ensure accurate forecasting.

Location: Overland Park, KS; Bachelor's degree preferred. You will train teammates, develop playbooks, and help implement sales tools while maintaining a focus on accuracy and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM data management and reporting.
• Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
• Experience migrating data between CRM systems.
• Experience presenting to leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain sales data across CRM systems including customers, orders, and invoices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to improve sales processes.
• Synchronize pipeline data with Distributors and Strategic Partners.
• Generate reports and analyze key metrics; present insights to leadership.
• Provide CRM training and ongoing support to the sales team.
• Develop sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials; assist tool implementation.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting and sales metrics; migrate data between systems.
• Create reports, dashboards, and custom objects; Excel experience.
