The ideal candidate brings a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 4–6 years in sales operations or analytics, with strong proficiency in Salesforce and cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in sales operations or analytics.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leadership to develop programs, manage action plans, and track key metrics.
- Leverage Salesforce to optimize deal flow and forecasting.
- Guide accurate forecast submissions and improve forecasting tools.
- Support targeted pipeline generation programs with sales teams and operations.
- Assist in quota communications and sales campaigns with the compensation team.
- Identify barriers to productivity and lead cross‑functional process improvements.
- Participate in yearly reviews of territories, accounts, and quotas.
