Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a call center is a plus.
• Proficient in reporting and analytical tasks related to call flow apps.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Familiar with billing/order processing processes.
• Strong PC skills with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• Knowledge of remote access applications preferred.
• Understanding of data security and PCI compliance preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and document outages and escalation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first level triage for technical operations requests from Sales.
• Onboard and support sales agents with required tools and access.
• Manage user access and ensure compliance for sales systems.
• Report and track call traffic and application issues to Call Center management.
• Handle Virtual Call Center opening/closing based on hours.
• Create and distribute business-critical reports to internal customers.
• Monitor billing systems for peak performance.
• Act as business administrator for internal systems and security.
• Conduct quarterly audits to ensure compliance.
• Audit email queue and propose improvements to supervisor.
