Expedia Group seeks a Sales Operations Manager for Advertising to drive scalable processes and operational excellence. You will lead initiatives spanning lead management, account planning, and go‑to‑market workflows, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Salesforce, Analytics, and Ad Ops.

You will evaluate processes, design solutions, and measure outcomes through data analysis, influencing senior stakeholders and driving business transformation across advertising sales operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent experience.
Advanced Salesforce expertise and Excel skills.
Strong analytical skills with SQL and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize sales workflows and processes.
Lead lead/opportunity management, account design, and GTM processes.
Measure program success with data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
