The role requires 5+ years in sales ops or deal desk in a B2B SaaS setting, with strong Salesforce expertise, Excel proficiency, and a detail-focused, process-driven mindset. On-site at Mountain View offices is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years (Senior Analyst) or 5+ years (Manager) in sales operations, deal desk, or related analytical function.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce — administration, reporting, and workflow configuration.
• Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills and ability to build clean analyses under time pressure.
• High attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve deal structures, pricing exceptions, discounting, and non-standard terms in line with policy.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to structure deals for consumption-based pricing.
• Maintain deal desk workflows and playbooks for consistent turnaround times.
• Own CRM data integrity and reporting, including pipeline hygiene and forecast dashboards.
