Job summary
ID.me is seeking a Manager of Sales Operations & Deal Desk to be the operational engine behind our sales process, from pipeline hygiene and CRM administration to deal structuring and approvals. This role lives in Revenue Operations and collaborates with Sales, Legal, and Finance to govern non-standard terms in a consumption-based model.
The position emphasizes process, data integrity, and governance, with hands-on experience in Salesforce and CPQ, and a strong bias for efficient, compliant deal
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in sales operations or deal desk (Senior Analyst) or 5+ years (Manager).
- Strong governance and process discipline.
- Experience with consumption-based pricing and CPQ tooling.
Responsibilities
- Review and approve deal structures, pricing exceptions, discounts, and non-standard terms.
- Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to structure deals for consumption-based pricing.
- Maintain deal desk workflows and escalation paths.
- Own Salesforce CRM data integrity, including pipeline hygiene and reports.
- Build dashboards for pipeline, forecast accuracy, and rep productivity.
- Support onboarding and training for new sales hires on CRM and deal desk processes.
