Qualifications

• Hospitality or sales support/sales operations experience preferred.

• Stayntouch PMS, Cvent or HotelPlanner knowledge is a plus; training will be provided.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Canva design skills are a plus.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills with a client focus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, proactive in dynamic environments.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads, inquiries and group requests with prompt follow-up.
• Prepare sales proposals, contracts, packets and RFP responses.
• Create marketing materials (flyers, presentations, emails, social posts).
