Job summary

Year Up United offers a one-year or shorter intensive job training program that helps young adults build classroom skills, internships, and job placement services with personalized coaching and mentorship through four career pathways. Internships include a placement at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh and an educational stipend.

Eligible applicants are high school graduates or GED recipients, legally allowed to work in the U.S., and available Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday–Friday during the program
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
• Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
• You may be required to answer additional screening questions when applying

Responsibilities

• Gain product and service knowledge across banking, customer success, and insurance operations.
• Participate in internships and job placement support through YUPRO Placement.
• Develop professional business and communication skills while earning stipend during the internship phase.
