In the Business pathway you gain finance operations training and internship at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh, with a weekly stipend of $525 during the internship and a pathway toward a starting salary around $55,000 per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday during the duration of the program
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
• Have not obtained a Bachelor? s degree
• You may be required to answer additional screening questions when applying

Responsibilities

• Engage in customer communications and team-based project coordination.
• Participate in comprehensive finance training and development.
• Build professional business and networking skills, including resume development.
• Receive ongoing mentorship and coaching throughout the program.
