Year Up United offers a one-year or shorter intensive job training program that provides young adults with in-class skill development, internships, job placement services, and personalized coaching through four career pathways.

The Customer Experience pathway blends technical and professional training in Banking, Customer Success, or Insurance Operations & Claims, with internship and placement support through YUPRO Placement. Your internship will be at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh.

Competenze

• You must be a high school graduate or GED recipient
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
