Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday–Friday during the program.
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
• No Bachelor's degree required.
• May be asked to answer screening questions when applying.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training across banking, customer success, or insurance operations & claims.
• Engage in internships and job placement support through YUPRO.
• Develop professional business and communication skills.
• Receive coaching and mentorship throughout the program.
