The Customer Experience pathway blends banking, customer success, or insurance operations with internship support, including an internship at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh.

Participants receive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and an educational stipend during the internship phase to help launch their careers in finance

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday–Friday throughout the program.
• Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree.
