Azenta Inc. seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to support revenue growth by managing processes, data and sales systems from its Burlington, MA base.

You’ll work with the Business Strategy Director, Regional Sales Directors and reps to drive planning, reporting and sales optimization. You will build dashboards in Excel, analyze datasets and help implement improvements across Salesforce and Oracle Cloud to boost efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations with sales force effectiveness.
• Proven ability to create complex dashboards in Excel with multiple data inputs.
• Experience with Salesforce and Oracle Cloud.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

• Support SMS Channel and C&I Sales teams to drive operational excellence.
• Create dashboards to extract key insights for decision-making.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and yearly planning and business development.
