CED in Houston is seeking a Sales and Operations Trainee to develop into a future leader through structured exposure to inside sales, quotations, project management, purchasing, and warehouse operations.

This full-time role features on-site work at our local profit center, comprehensive paid training, and opportunities to grow across multiple business functions while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to work an 8-hour day shift, Monday through Friday.
• Current, valid driver's license.
• Authorization to work in the United States (without sponsorship now or in the future).
• Spanish language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Enter quotes, orders, returns, and related transactions into company systems.
• Research product availability, lead times, pricing, and alternatives.
• Follow up on open orders, backorders, and customer requests.
