Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Sales & Business Development: Shadow sales reps, pitch to new clients, generate leads, hit quotas.
• Operational Rotation: Rotate through departments like customer service, marketing, inventory, and finance.
• Team Leadership: Assist with staff scheduling, interviewing candidates, coaching team members.
• Analysis: Track sales metrics, evaluate market trends, review competitor activities.
