Penske is seeking a Sales and Operations Management Trainee in Daytona Beach, FL to learn and manage processes across sales, operations, finance, and customer service. You will work with a high-energy team and participate in training that accelerates your management career.

The role offers an hourly schedule with starting pay of at least $25.00 per hour or $52,000 per year, plus a $2.00 weekend differential and opportunities for advancement after 6–9 months of training.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer facing role preferred.
• Results oriented, attention to detail and good time management skills.
• A valid driver's license is required, as is the ability and willingness to drive Penske vehicles.

Aufgaben

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts - including Fortune 500 clients.
• Manage our large inventory of world class and nationally recognized vehicles, balancing fleet productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
