Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a Sales and Operations Management Trainee in Daytona Beach to quickly run a business, solve problems for customers and contribute across sales, operations, and service. The role offers a flexible schedule, comprehensive benefits, and advancement opportunities.

Starting pay is at least $25.00 per hour ($52,000 per year) with a $2.00 weekend differential, plus nationwide growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or Marketing.
• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate Penske vehicles (26’ box truck) required.
• DOT-regulated position; driver qualification file must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts – including many of the Fortune 500.
• Manage large inventory of vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced workspace.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
