Job summary

Penske is seeking a Sales and Operations Management Trainee to learn our processes, technology and culture. You will participate in training and mentoring across sales, operations, finance and service to build a strong foundation for advancement.

The role offers a starting salary of at least $52,000 per year, with premium weekend pay and benefits. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer facing role preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck.
• DOT-regulated position; background checks and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts, including Fortune 500.
• Manage large inventory of vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
