• Own the Sales Operations technology portfolio and governance for CRM.
• Develop and maintain the Sales Operations roadmap and prioritize enhancements.
• Lead CRM administration, user enablement, and UAT for system changes.
• Ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and cross‑functional alignment.
